1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major regions across the Philippines, including:
Metro Manila
Luzon
Visayas
Mindanao (Please note that some remote areas may be classified as "Out of Delivery Zone" by our couriers.)
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a notification email or SMS with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Lead Time
Once the order has been picked up by our courier partners (e.g., J&T Express, Flash Express, LBC), the estimated arrival is as follows:
Metro Manila: 2 – 3 business days.
Greater Manila Area (Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal): 3 – 5 business days.
Luzon Provinces: 5 – 7 business days.
Visayas & Mindanao: 7 – 10 business days.
4. Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: Starts at ₱80 (may vary based on weight and destination).
Free Shipping: Available for orders with a minimum spend of ₱1,500 or during special promotional events.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to pay the exact amount to the rider.
6. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, we will provide a tracking link. You can monitor your delivery status through our partner courier’s official website.
7. Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt to deliver your package up to two (2) times. If both attempts fail due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us (RTS - Return to Shipper).
