Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Defective Items: The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival.

Wrong Item Delivered: The product received does not match the order description (size, color, or model).

Missing Parts: The package is incomplete or missing essential accessories.

2. Return Period
You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Claims made after this period may be subject to warranty terms rather than a direct exchange.

3. Conditions for Acceptance
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet these requirements:

It must be in its original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.

It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

You must provide Proof of Purchase (Order ID, Invoice, or Receipt).

[Note]: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear, swimwear, and opened beauty products are non-returnable unless defective.

4. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair by the customer.

"Change of Mind": As per DTI regulations, sellers are not required to accept returns if the customer simply changes their mind or finds the same item at a lower price elsewhere.

5. Return Process
Submit a Request: Contact our customer service via [Email/Chat] with photos/videos of the issue.

Evaluation: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

Shipping: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

If the item is defective/wrong: We will cover the return shipping cost.

If an exchange is granted as a gesture of goodwill (not defect-related): The customer may be responsible for shipping fees.

6. Refunds (if applicable)
If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund. Refunds are typically processed through:

Original Payment Method: 5 – 10 business days (depending on your bank).

Store Credit: Immediate availability for your next purchase.
